Android Developers Backstage - Episode 9: Design

Tor and Chet make a startling break with ancient tradition and talk to a real, live designer in this episode: Christian Robertson from the Android User Experience team. Tune in to hear about the Roboto font that Christian created and about font design in general, plus design tips for layout, visual rhythm, and other Android designities.

  1. This is not funny any more. There's no link to the mp3 again.

  3. It wasn't intended to be funny. In fact, I didn't know anyone actually wanted the direct mp3 file (which is always available on the linked feed page anyway); I figured people listened to these through podcast clients.
In any case, I've updated the blog post with the link.

  4. Thanks. I guess I'm just old fashioned. I download mp3's of podcasts and listen to them on the car radio.

  6. I love a show where the hosts can really get into technical detail. Favorite episode so far was Renderscript. I've added a Renderscript fluid dynamics simulator to my list of hobby projects. Great show, hope to hear more soon!
